Uniesse was founded nearly 30 years ago. The company’s vision of luxurious design, Italian craftsmanship, and advanced engineering still endure in each yacht we build today. Uniesse yachts are highly regarded the world over for their smooth, fuel efficient ride, as well as their uncompromising Italian craftsmanship.
We use only the highest standards of quality marine manufacturing in the world. From vinylester resins, vacuum bagging, and the latest in composite core materials, each are found throughout the hull, stringers, bulk head systems, decks and more. Uniesse is an early adopter of the latest in proven technologies for an unparalleled owner & operator experience. Our craftsmanship rivals only the top echelon of premium yacht builders in the world today. Our legendary hull & interior designs, are all hand crafted in Italy. At Uniesse the craftsmanship that have built our yachts for more than 25 years, one yacht at a time, are in place today.
For more than 700 years Italians have been building vessels that have helped shape the world we live in today. From generation to generation woodworking, leather, and metal work, have all been handed down to today’s craftsman.
Advanced materials and chemicals have allowed these artisans to create some of the most beautiful yachts built the world over. And today, Uniesse is the beneficiary of this evolution. There is no yacht in the 50’ to 130’ range that rivals today’s Uniesse in terms of quality of build, performance underway, and overall design.
Our visionary design first starts with advanced engineering from a team with more than 150 years of combined experience. These are the areas within each and every Uniesse yacht that are truly appreciated by an experienced yacht surveyor, captain, or yacht owner.
Your new Uniesse yacht is engineered with no wood below the water line, large fully-integrated bulk heads and stringers are used to support a fully laminated hull & deck capable of more than 50 knots. We use only the finest in vinylester resins, vacuum bagging, and composite core materials to provide the end result – one of the quietest, firm, stable, on-call performance yachts in the world today.
Today’s Uniesse is pushing the boundaries on design and performance while making sure that we reduce our environmental impact at the same time. We are able to achieve this through advanced designs in our hulls, and implementation of optional engine configurations which are capable of increased speed with 30% fuel reduction.
Our in-house design team works hand-in-hand with designers who share the same vision for our brand – helping to propel our yachts into the next 30 years. You can feel it at the touch of the helm, in the hand-picked materials chosen for your yacht, to the way a Uniesse yacht operates underway. Every detail thought through, leading to the ultimate experience at sea.
We owe our legendary designs to American designer, Fred Hudson, a long time partner of high performance boat designer Jim Wynne. Fred’s career in the marine industry began with Chris-Craft back in 1960, where he was responsible for the design of their highly successful 38′ Commander. It was a first for its time, as the original entry into the fiberglass cruiser market. The boat was considered a “design marvel”, and helped propel the global yachting market to what it has become today. Fred’s career spanned 50 years, and included work at Hatteras Yachts, Bertram Yacht, and several others. Uniesse’ clean lines, efficient hulls, and timeless beauty are all credit to Fred.
