Giovanni began his career in the construction industry in a small company nestled in the heart of the Pisa region. There, he mastered the fundamental techniques of carpentry, laying the cornerstone for his expertise. Exploring various construction facets, from intricate movement mechanisms to the application of paints and varnishes, Giovanni cultivated a deep understanding of the craft.

In 2006, Giovanni transitioned into the naval sector, joining the prestigious Cantiere Nautico in Viareggio. Working aboard the renowned OVERMARINE Mangusta 92, he honed his skills over six years, not only in cabinetry but also in diverse construction phases. From electrical systems to plumbing and marble installation, Giovanni’s role expanded, shaping him into a versatile professional within the maritime domain.

Recognizing his talent, Giovanni was appointed as a manager at the esteemed Mariotti shipyards in Genoa. Here, he oversaw the meticulous assembly of owner’s cabins and main deck lounges, further enhancing his managerial prowess.

Moving forward, Giovanni joined the renowned Benetti-Lusben shipyards in Livorno. Initially contributing to production, he quickly rose to oversee various processing phases, from hull construction to turnkey furnishings. His meticulous attention extended to guaranteeing maintenance and structural integrity, ensuring the vessels’ enduring quality.

In 2011, Giovanni embarked on a new chapter with GM GROUP ARREDAMENTI, spearheading numerous projects, including extensive refitting operations and the creation of notable vessels such as the GALAXY, the 56 ss UNIESSE, and the Exuma Htcp-5. His contributions upheld the UNIESSE brand’s reputation for craftsmanship and quality.

Now serving as the Production Manager for UNIESSE, Giovanni leads the construction of new vessels, maintaining the brand’s commitment to excellence. His journey epitomizes dedication, expertise, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection in the maritime industry.
