In 2017, Rafael Barca founded Uniesse Marine Group, LLC (UMG), headquartered in Miami. This move included the acquisition of Uniesse Marine S.P.A.’s assets in Italy, leading to the establishment of Uniesse SRL and expanding their global footprint.
